Agaricus blazei is commonly called the Brazilian mushroom. Known botanically as Agaricus subrufescens, it is an edible mushroom used to produce both whole-mushroom powders and concentrated ingredients.
This mushroom connects an established edible species with the development of concentrated fungal ingredients.
