Questions Before You Order.

A useful quotation starts with the right material, quantity and delivery details. These answers explain what to prepare for an ingredient purchase or a first private-label production run. Order-specific prices, quantities and terms are confirmed in writing.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Send the ingredient, order quantity and delivery address with postal code. Freight depends on the shipment weight and volume, route and service. Ask for the quoted delivery basis and which charges are included before comparing offers; a product price alone is not a delivered price.

Request a delivered quotation

What payment terms apply to an order?

Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation and order documents. Before paying, check the payee, currency, deposit or balance schedule, and any bank charges against the agreed order. For a repeat order, confirm any changed payment instructions with your established contact.

Discuss an order

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no single quantity that fits every ingredient or private-label project. Tell us the material, specification and intended first-order volume. For OEM work, include the number of finished units and pack size. We will discuss the workable quantity for the raw material, production run and printed packaging before quoting.

Can I approve a sample before placing a bulk order?

Send the exact ingredient and specification you want to evaluate, the intended application and your sample delivery address. Sample availability, quantity, cost and freight are confirmed for the request. Keep the approved sample details with your order so the purchased specification matches the material you evaluated.

Find your ingredient

What should I include in a bulk ingredient enquiry?

Include the ingredient name, required specification, quantity, application, destination and preferred delivery date. Attach your own specification sheet if you have one. Tell us about any particular testing or documentation requirements at this stage so they can be included in the quote and schedule.

Send an ingredient enquiry

Is a specification sheet the same as a batch COA?

No. A specification sheet sets the material requirements; a certificate of analysis records results for an identified batch. Check that the product identity, lot number, reported results and agreed limits correspond to the shipment. A sample document from another lot does not establish the results for your order.

What should I check in a third-party laboratory report?

Match the sample identity and lot reference to the supplied material, then check which tests were actually performed and the reported results. Where accreditation is required, verify the laboratory’s status and relevant scope through its accreditation body. ILAC provides a route to these directories and recommends contacting the relevant accreditation body to verify a report or certificate.

Does an ingredient report cover the finished supplement?

An ingredient report describes the sample submitted for that ingredient. It does not replace evaluation of a finished blend, capsule or other packaged product. For OEM work, agree separately on the finished-product testing and documents needed for the formula and destination market.

Can you handle packaging and printing for a small online brand?

Yes. Our custom manufacturing service brings together raw material sourcing, testing, packaging customization, printing and production coordination for Amazon and independent online sellers. Share the product format, pack size, artwork status and target quantity. Minimum quantities can be discussed; the confirmed scope is set out in the quotation.

Does OEM production guarantee Amazon listing approval?

No. Manufacturing and marketplace acceptance are separate decisions. Send the current document request from your sales channel with the project brief so we can review what can be arranged. Confirm the finished product’s requirements for its market before approving production.

Plan a private-label project

Are extraction ratios and active-component percentages interchangeable?

No. An extract-ratio description and an assay percentage describe different properties. A 10:1 ratio does not establish a 10% beta-glucan result. For mushroom ingredients, compare the species, material format and named marker before comparing the numerical specification.
