Alpha Natural
Your brand. One point of contact.

Private Label Manufacturing
for Growing Brands.

For Amazon sellers and independent online brands, we bring raw materials, testing, packaging and production together—so you can develop your product without managing every supplier separately.

A practical start for smaller brands

You do not need every detail settled before you speak to us.

You may already have a formula and finished artwork. Or you may have a reference product, a target selling price and an idea of the customers you want to reach. We can start with either.

Alpha Natural Ingredients coordinates raw material sourcing, ingredient testing, custom bottles and pouches, label printing, filling and finished-product packing. Our own factory, Anhui Taihua Bio Co., Ltd., and our network of manufacturers across China help us bring the right suppliers together for each project.

The first step is to work out what you want to sell, which format makes sense and what a realistic first order looks like. You have one point of contact while we coordinate the different parts.

01 · Ingredients & samples

Build the product around an agreed ingredient specification.

We source ingredients through our factory and a broad supplier network. That lets us compare suitable options for your formula instead of limiting the project to a single supplier’s catalog.

Share the ingredient names, target content and serving format if you have them. For a drink powder, flavour and mixing behaviour also matter. For capsules, the intended serving and bottle count help define the production brief.

We coordinate samples and review changes with you before the specification is confirmed. A reference product can guide the discussion, but the formula and manufacturing arrangements still need to be agreed for your own brand.

02 · Packaging & printing

The container, label and finished pack belong in the same conversation.

A first order can become unnecessarily complicated when the bottle, lid, label and filling arrangement are sourced independently. We coordinate them together, including the pack size, artwork dimensions and printing requirements.

Capsule bottles

Discuss the bottle style, capsule count, closure, label and outer packing.

Powder jars

Set the fill weight, container dimensions, closure and any requested scoop before approving the artwork.

Resealable pouches

Choose the size, material, zipper and print approach around the product and planned order.

Bring your logo and existing design files if they are ready. If not, we can first settle the packaging format and coordinate the printing requirements. We confirm the artwork and packaging details with you before production.

03 · Processing & production

Turn the approved sample into a production plan.

Once the ingredient specification and packaging are agreed, we coordinate the processing, filling and pack-out arrangements. The work assigned to our own factory or a manufacturing partner depends on the product and process needed.

We discuss the production schedule alongside material availability, printed packaging and testing. This helps avoid a situation where the ingredients are ready but the packaging or release documents are not.

Changes to the formula, fill weight or artwork should be settled before the production order is confirmed. We keep those details together in the project brief.

04 · Testing & documentation

Agree the testing before the order moves ahead.

Raw material testing is part of the service, and we provide a third-party test report for each ingredient batch supplied. Tell us if your quality team needs a particular laboratory, method or test panel so we can include it in the quotation and schedule.

For a finished private-label product, we separately confirm the testing and documents required for that formula and sales market. Ingredient reports and finished-product reports answer different questions; we make that distinction clear at the start.

If you have document requirements from Amazon or another sales channel, send the actual request with your project brief. We will review what can be arranged. A manufacturing service does not, by itself, guarantee marketplace acceptance.

Flexible order quantities

A first launch does not need the same plan as a repeat order.

Minimum order quantities are open for discussion. We review your formula, packaging and production requirements to find a practical starting quantity, including smaller initial launches where feasible.

Custom-printed packaging and product manufacturing may have different minimums. Where possible, we can compare a stock container with a custom label against a fully custom pack, so you can see the cost and quantity implications before deciding.

Tell us your preferred opening quantity and likely reorder volume. We will explain the available options rather than ask you to work from a single minimum applied to every product.

Ingredient starting points

Start with the ingredient, then build the pack.

Explore bulk matcha powder for a tea or latte concept, lion’s mane fruiting body extract for a mushroom capsule or blend, or crystalline allulose and syrup for a sweetened food or beverage. Each product page lists specifications to discuss before sampling and packaging.

Bring us your project

What to send for a useful first discussion.

  • Your product idea, formula or reference product.
  • The intended format: capsule bottle, powder jar or pouch.
  • Your target fill weight or capsule count and preferred first-order quantity.
  • The country where you plan to sell and any sales-channel document requests.
  • Your logo or packaging artwork, if available, and your preferred launch date.

You do not need to have all of this ready. Send what you have, and we will work through the remaining decisions with you.
